- Abstract
- Impact areas of individual bathing waters are areas where the ongoing action of human activities may affect the quality of bathing water and may pose a risk to bathing health.
The dataset shows the impact areas of bathing waters under the Decree on bathing water quality management (Official Gazette RS, No. 25/08). The impact areas are determined on the basis of the criteria laid down in the Decree on the discharge and treatment of municipal wastewater (Official Gazette RS, No. 98/15 and amended) and the previous Decree on the emission of substances in the discharge of wastewater from municipal wastewater treatment plants (Official Gazette RS, no. 45/07 et seq.) And the Decree on the emission of substances in the discharge of waste water from small municipal wastewater treatment plants (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 98/07 et seq.). In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, specific impact requirements for the discharge and treatment of municipal wastewater are laid down for impacted bathing areas.
The data is intended for the state and local communities as a basis for the implementation of measures in the field of bathing water management or other water management tasks, for the implementation of measures in the field of environmental protection related to the discharge and treatment of municipal wastewater or the issuance of environmental permits. The information is also intended for the public, as information on where the bathing water impact areas are located.
